Relief Learning Assistants

Marlborough Girls’ College is seeking enthusiastic and caring Relief Learning Assistants to join our Learning Support Department on a casual, as-required basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting students with a range of learning and support needs in both mainstream classrooms and supported learning environments. You will work alongside teachers and Learning Assistants to help students engage in learning, build confidence, and achieve success.

We are looking for people who are:

Patient, compassionate, and flexible
Reliable and positive team players
Passionate about supporting young people
Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
Comfortable working in a variety of learning environments

Previous experience working with young people or individuals with additional needs is advantageous but not essential.
